Close your eyes and reach back to your earliest possible memory. What’s the very first thing you remember? This could be the time you spent playing with your favorite toy, a specific scent lingering in your childhood home, or maybe when you discovered that your world extended beyond your small corner. Document every detail from that moment – describe what you saw and heard as well as what you smelled and felt.

A Day That Changed Everything

Reflect on one particular day that brought significant change to your life. It may be a significant milestone like graduation, moving to a new home, or a difficult experience that led to personal growth. What happened? How did you feel?
