As you age, there is this new, profound level of fatigue you start to experience that goes beyond the physical. Men of all ages start to realize that there are certain things that they just do not have the energy for. So here are the 13 things men say they just don’t have the energy for anymore.

Being asked to have a “quick look” at someone’s resume

It is never “quick.” They open it to “help” and end up rewriting half the thing while the other person waits for feedback as if it’s an actual job interview.

Helping friends move with the promise of pizza

They’ve done their time carrying boxes and trying not to scratch the walls. At this stage, if you want help moving, hire someone, or at least offer beer and pizza.

They will sign up for fantasy leagues because they don’t want to be rude or cause conflict with friends. But seriously, tracking stats and agonizing over which fictional player to pick? Not something they will do.
